I have been seeing Suresh at Pt Chevalier Dental Centre for over 15 years, and I can honestly say I would never go to anyone else. He is the kindest, most gentle dentist I have ever met. I get extremely nervous about dental appointments, but Suresh always puts me at ease with his calm, reassuring manner. He is incredibly patient, explains everything clearly, and takes such care to make sure I’m comfortable throughout every visit. His professionalism, compassion, and genuine care for his patients make him truly exceptional. I feel very lucky to have found him all those years ago. Highly recommended.

Do not go here. My bill for remedial dental work by a better qualified dentist after receiving a REFUND for work (fillings) 'UNJUSTIFIABLY' and 'INCORRECTLY' done by Suresh Patel at Pt Chevalier Dental will be $1700! (a lot of money for a struggling post grad student: I only went for an annual exam and clean). I had no tooth pain whatsoever before attending my appointment; now I have deep ongoing molar nerve pain! Arranging the refund also involved receiving verbal abuse from Pooja Patel and then slander to a third party from Vilas Patel. The total experience has been negative and traumatic! The pain is ongoing! Thanks! *Note: do enjoy reading the likely short essay that will follow expounding their high virtue and ethics whilst minimising my entire experience. (I had to read emails of it before finally getting a refund that didn't involve me signing away my right to complain or seek reparation for consequential loss).
The only dentist I’ll ever go to! Dr. Patel genuinely cares about his patients and I always leave stoked with the work done. April is also incredibly kind and funny, which makes the (normally scary) visit nice and relaxed. The time and care that they put into making sure you understand everything that is being done + aftercare is also greatly appreciated. Overall a skilled and lovely team. They took away my phobia of dental work and I couldn’t be happier!
Had a great experience here! Got my wisdom teeth out. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, as I get nervous about dental work. Quick and painless, and a cheaper quote than pt chev family dentist, across the road. I've moved from pt chev but will be returning as it's the best dentist I've been to.
Do not go here. Suresh Patel doesn't know what the client wants and just does whatever without clarifying it's what is being requested. He ground off quite a lot of one of my front teeth and now I can't bite the skin off my lip anymore, which will be an inconvenience for the rest of my life. Also, he is an unfriendly man. My experience with him was not a pleasant one and I will not be going back there. Do yourself a favour and find a dentist who truly cares about his clients and the outcome of the procedure.
Dr Suresh Patel has been my dentist for around twenty years. At the time he took over the practice he stepped in to assist with a root canal filling my previous dentist was having a spot of bother with. He solved the problem impressively in a few minutes and has displayed similar competence with all my dental issues since. In particular I have found his concern and advice about regular maintenance of teeth and gums exemplary, a very important consideration for those of us wishing to preserve our teeth and our health into old age.
