   I usually visit Crowning Glory Parlour for my full face wax, which is done by Neha (I believe that’s her name). She always provides excellent service, and I’ve been happy with the results. This time, however, I had booked a facial but requested to change it to a pedicure since I had already done a face wax and facials afterward tend to give me pimples. They agreed to the change, but I noticed some disappointment in their expressions. If they had told me they couldn’t accommodate, I would have understood. The pedicure itself was not up to standard. My feet were soaked in warm water, but the same water was used from start to finish. She worked on one foot at a time, removed the nail polish, and cleaned only the dead skin under and around the nails (no proper cuticle cutting). The scrub was minimal, followed by a cream massage that lasted barely two minutes. The foot file was used only in the middle of the foot, not on the heels. My legs were then washed in the same dirty water, wiped, and nail polish was applied quickly, followed by cuticle oil after about a minute. Throughout the process, the lady doing the pedicure seemed irritated, her facial expressions kept changing, and the service felt rushed. I usually recommend this parlour for waxing and eyebrows, as those services are done well. But based on this experience, I would not recommend them for pedicures.

   I visited crowning glory for waxing and eyebrows. It has been a horrible experience. The lady didn't give any importance to my requests and ruin the shape of my eyebrows. Literally one could see my eyebrows and be horrified. For waxing as well she didn't use the product I mentioned and now I have a reaction on my hands. I'd strongly suggest them to improve their service and everyone be careful before going here.

   Friday 12/05/23 had keratin treatment at the saloon. Neha and her colleague is very professional and friendly. Neha gives correct information about treatment and products etc to her clients and doesn't think of only making money whereas some saloon all they think is $$$$ I highly highly recommend 10/10 Great customer service. Will definitely go there again and again for beauty hair etc

   My sister called them to book a slot for a haircut. It was super easy to book slot. We visited them and the lady she took her time. Slowly and patiently she was cutting the hair by looking in the sample picture. She did it very well. Price is also good not too expensive. Thank you.

   Great salon for all beauty services especially eyebrows, waxing, hair cut and hair coloring. I have been a customer since 2016 and their service is excellent. Neha and her team are superb. I would recommend this place. They do free consultation as well and give you full customer satisfaction. It is worth driving to this place from North shore only because of their warm service :) Thank you
