They are very good at doing their job. Second time visited them and my nails are always beautiful and execute the idea of nails I have.
I have been here a couple of times and they have always done a thorough job before with really good customer service. Cuticles are cared for, nails filed and properly trimmed. Although the last time there was no cuticle care, no filing done for my manicure and acrylic nails. I was very disappointed as I had already told the therapist that I need cuticle care and remove the dead layer from the cuticle please. Honestly the purpose of me getting a manicure done is for my cuticles and nails to look tidy. Which was not delivered last time, hence the 3 stars.
I treat my mum and myself here for monthly visits and they never disappoint!! All the ladies at Five Star Nails Lynfield are skilled, so lovely and always a joy to come see. Highly recommend :)
Been going to 5 star nails in lynfield for couple of years now and have always had the most amazing experience! They are so sweet there and do an absolute brilliant job with nails. I usually get gel on my real nails and they last for 6 weeks no problem. Great at helping fix a broken nail too!! Couldn’t recommend them enough :)

Most un professional and highly unskilled! Got my powder manicure done last week, Two nails simply nails fell off. One got chipped. And they all get stuck in my hair as the ends are not properly done. Powdered l nails are supposed to last for two to three weeks. But this one did not last for even a week. And so expensive to get them! It was waste of time, energy to get there & of course money too! And when i went to show it to them they were super rude and unhelpful. Never going back
Their closing time is 7:00 pm on a Thursday and they denied doing my nails at 5:48 pm. I had an appointment at 5:30 but I was late. I suggest you change your operating hours if you’re not willing to take appointments an hour ahead of your closing time.

Took my dear elderly Mum there today for a Christmas pamper of deluxe manicure and pedicure. We were greeted with smiles and all accomodations were given to us as my Mum is in a wheelchair. The staff were friendly, kind and very good at their craft. My Mum came away with a big smile on her face, love glittery festive nails and feeling totally pampered. Thank you so much to all the staff for making this a special outing for her. Highly recommend this professional nail salon to all AAA+.
