   We visited Everest Chullo in Petone and absolutely loved it! The food was full of flavour and freshly prepared — every dish we tried had that perfect homemade taste. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick.The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, perfect for a casual meal with family or friends. Definitely one of the best spots in Wellington. We’ll be coming back for sure

   We had a very bad exp with our dinner. Veg momo were so bad, seemed filling was old and stale. We had 1 and immediately asked the staff to take it back. Tandori chicken was under seasoned and avg at best. Veg chow mein, gorkhali lamb curry, chicken momos & chilli chicken all were really nice in flavour. We ordered another veg chow mein and this time it was spicier and not mild how we wanted. We let the staff know immediately and we didnt even get an apology. --- Update Thank for response, goes to show it matters. We did not do any booking, rather a walk in on 9th aug at 4:30 pm. We were first customers that evening - this should help you to locate the order details.

   Amazing food here. If you love momos this is the place to come. The entree mixed platters (vege and meat) are enormous and delicious. We couldn’t finish our mains. My Dad loved his goat curry, the butter chicken, fried rice and condiments with the mains are yum. You can get vege and meat momos. I love the steamed momos. And the thali is also awesome. Really excellent value and great authentic Nepalese food. Beats many more expensive places around Wellington for authenticity and flavour. Yum. The vibe is simple, understated, and the staff are kind and accomodating. Massive portions so don’t over order like we did.

   complete disappointment. terrible roti, the dishes we ordered weren't anything like what they should have been. Nasi lamak was a curry and rice, when I asked was told this is how they make it and it's "not the Malaysian style one". the rendang was very average, and swimming in a standard curry broth. maybe they do something better for lunch but this place is a disaster for dinner.

   This Indian restaurant is a true gem! Not only is it the best place for a lunch curry deal, but it's also perfect for a mid-week drop-in meal. The quality of the food is consistently high, and the service is impeccable. You can see the hard-working staff in the open kitchen, which adds to the wonderful dining experience. They have a great range of vegetarian and meat-based dishes that work well for my husband and me. During our last visit, we took home a doggy bag of leftovers, which made for a perfect dinner the next day. The flavours are authentic and delicious, and the value for money is outstanding. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. If you're in the area and looking for a fantastic casual drop-in Indian meal, this is the place to go
