I have been using the services of this branch for a few years. It has always been a pleasure going to this clinic. All the staff I have dealt with are polite and professional. Narges is pleasant and she knows what she is doing. I especially love their facials. I am happy to recommend this clinic to anyone needing their specialised services.
I had my laser appointment with Belle and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire session. I had my very first facial at The Cosmetic Clinic Queen St and was lucky to get 50% off. Jazz, who did my treatment, was lovely and explained each step of the High Performance Microdermabrasion process clearly. The whole experience was relaxing the extraction part was a bit painful but also the most satisfying. The only thing I wished was that the steaming and product application lasted a little longer. Overall, a great first facial experience and Jazz made me feel really comfortable!
