   I had the most wonderful experience with Ella at Beauty Refinery. She is incredibly kind and thoughtful. I’m traveling solo for the holidays, and she went above and beyond to share helpful tips to keep me safe, healthy, and make the most of my time in New Zealand. I really appreciated her sharing her perspective as a local. it made me feel so welcomed. The facial itself was absolutely incredible. Ella walked me through the process, and the neck and shoulder massage was exactly what I needed after a 27-hour flight. My skin feels amazing. She also did my brows. Usually they're sisters, not twins, but now they're twinning! I am perfectly refreshed and ready for my birthday and three weeks of adventure. Highly recommend booking with Ella!
