I always came here to purchase stunning diamond and Tahiti pearl jewellery from Walker & Hall Queen Street. The diamond is exceptionally well-cut with excellent brilliance and fire, and the colour grade is nearly flawless. All the staff were extremely knowledgeable, and very friendly and helped me select the perfect one within my budget. The setting is beautifully designed and the overall quality of the jewellery is top-notch. I was here on a Sunday and the service by Jack and Panisa was excellent. They were super friendly and quick to help. (I needed my watch adjusted) I can absolutely recommend their service and will come back here if I need any jewellery related help or info.
Our experience there was exceptional, we were helped by Jack and Larry who were extremely attentive, patient, friendly, and welcoming. Love visiting the store always. Staff is awesome doesn’t matter if you are buying something or just having a look around. Larry has been always very helpful and patient with me as I am quite picky about things and take a little while to make my mind before buying anything :) Finally I have purchase a beautiful brooch from him :) Exceptional customer service !
This a beautiful store. Ms Juliet, who helped us, was wonderful. My sister and I went in not knowing exactly what we were looking for but with the assistance of Ms. Julian and my sister were able to find what she wanted. She was very helpful and insightful. The store itself is spacious. If you haven’t been in, you should visit even if just to browse!

Larry was instrumental in clinching the deal with a fair and competitive price for both pieces which are a work of art in Gold. Both had to be made to fit and they were produced and delivered in a fast and efficient manner.
