   Had such an incredible experience with N&S who helped me design my Fiancée's engagement ring. The team were incredibly accommodating with multiple changes of mind before I settled on the final design. They were even able to expedite the crafting process to ensure I was able to pick it up in time for my planned proposal overseas. The craftmanship is second to none and we are both over the moon with the quality of the final result. We will definitely be back for our wedding bands in the near future

   We had the most wonderful experience getting our engagement ring made at Naveya and Sloane. They nailed it with the colour tone selection of green sapphires from my initial description. They say that when you’re shopping for an engagement ring, it’s about the experience as well, and that was absolutely true for us. We were very happy to have had Lucy as our consultant. She just radiates with warmth! Lucy listened and advised us thoughtfully, patiently answered all our questions, and helped us meet our tight timeline. The showroom was beautiful and I loved the way the gemstones were presented! The ring turned out beautifully crafted and we couldn't be happier.

   I honestly don't know where to start... My now fiancee purchased a beautiful diamond in the original setting which meant we were able to design my dream engagement ring together, an experience I would highly recommend. The whole team at N&S are incredibly friendly and welcoming but Lucy Gill is honestly one of the nicest, most helpful and loveliest people I've ever met, her communication is second to none and the excitement she shared with us throughout the process was so genuine which made it all the more special. The bespoke design process was completely and utterly worth the wait! We picked up my ring last weekend and it is 1000x more beautiful than we anticipated. The drawings were incredible but seeing the finished product was a dream come true! I cannot thank the entire team enough from start to finish, we're both obsessed with the ring and so happy with the service you provided :) Charlie & Charles

   I had the pleasure of dealing with Nina who was absolutely awesome to work with! From my initial meeting right through to the completion of the ring Nina exceeded my expectations with both her advice and communication. It really made this big purchase a really enjoyable experience. If you can make it into their Auckland shop I would do so, it's awesome! Otherwise I did everything via email and Nina was so good! The ring itself is stunning and I could not have been more pleased with how it turned out. The diamonds are amazing and catch every bit of light just how Nina said they would! My fiancé loves the ring and couldn't happier with it! She is forever getting comments of how stunning it looks! I look forward to getting our custom wedding bands done by N & S in the near future.

   My husband worked with Naveya & Sloane to custom design a bespoke engagement ring for me. I was very nervous as once I had selected the main stone (forest green sapphire) I was removed from the design process so that it would still be a surprise. With help from the N&S Team, he was able to create the ring of my dreams and he said he enjoyed the process as N&S had great ideas and solutions which made the process very easy. Later I selected 2 gold wishbone rings from the N&S wedding band collection to sit either side of my engagement ring. N&S had a good selection of rings for me to try in their Auckland based showroom so it was a quick and easy choice. I am very happy with my rings and would recommend Naveya & Sloane to anyone wanting to create a bespoke engagement ring.

   We were lucky enough to be looked after by Courtney as we moved our way through the process of having an engagement ring designed and made by Naveya & Sloane. Could not recommend her, or indeed the company as a whole, more highly. Courtney is a fantastic communicator, empathetic, patient and knowledgeable. Our experience with her was the epitome of good customer service, in a day and age of quite the opposite. The ring itself was beautiful beyond our imagination, and is a constant reminder of the positive process we went through to have it made.
