   I would give a 5-star rating for both skills and customer service. I had booked an appointment for 8 a.m., and when I arrived five minutes early, I saw Sam preparing inside the salon. She was very welcoming and friendly. She listened carefully to my requests and asked questions about any previous hair treatments I had received. I requested a bob haircut, a full hair color, and a Keratin treatment. Sam gave me thoughtful advice based on what was best for my hair, especially considering I had a rebonding treatment a year ago. She recommended a color mixture that wouldn’t cause damage, and I appreciated how knowledgeable and efficient she was throughout the process. Everything was done with care and attention to detail—her hands were gentle yet skillful. She achieved the exact bob haircut I had shown her on my phone, and the final hair color came out brilliantly beautiful. The Keratin treatment was also done thoroughly and left my hair smooth and healthy. Overall, I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service. It was worth every penny. I’ve finally found a hair salon in Auckland that I will definitely be coming back to.

   Just cut my year and a half hair from having a long hair and decided to have a big change to short but didn’t regret a single thing. The hairstylist knew what to give me with just a single picture inspo and didn’t fail to satisfy me. She was very accommodating with my needs and gave me satisfactory result. I would highly recommend this place to get your hair done. Love the place, the people and the service.

   They are friendly, accommodating, patience and courteous. They are really good with side fade and I love what they do; as for top of the head, it's a hit and miss. Unfortunately, the last time I went there, when I asked her to take half of my top, what she did was just clip half of my hair right in the middle and that's it for my top. Not cutting off the rest of my top; not even tidy it up. Looks like someone chew off the front of my hair. Looks like she just wants to get back to colour the hair of the other four ladies. I thought I would support my the local business, looks like I have to find another hairdresser / barber.

   Sam ,Lin and Katy did an excellent job with my hair. Firstly ,they tried to accommodate me even though I was a walk in on a Sunday morning. They recommended me the best color for my root touch up as I had a lot of grey hair and I formed me I would loose my previously highlighted color. Sam did a brilliant job with my hair cut. I am really happy about the price I paid and definitely gonna go back . Truly worth the money.

   The first time I came here was to get my son a haircut, but I came this morning to get myself one after their wonderful service for him. The people there were so lovely and I'm unsure of the Stylists name who attended me but they did an amazing job and were so kind and friendly even though I wasn't sure what I wanted.    My first wash today after hair colour and keratin treatment. My hair is very shiny. I asked for a hair colour and Ate Amanda told me I needed Keratin Treatment too to regain the softness and suppleness of my hair after being overly processed from my previous treatment. Ate Amanda is a highly experienced and passionate about styling your hair the way you wanted. Her assistant Cathy is super friendly and professional. The attention to detail they put into making sure you will be satisfied with the service is a mammoth. They are the hairdresser you can count on. Highly recommend this Cut D' Uncut Salon in New Lynn.
