They always explain what’s going on with our vehicles in a clear, easy-to-understand way, and their communication is excellent from start to finish. Each time they’ve gone above and beyond, which is why I feel completely comfortable recommending them to other locals. You can feel safe bringing your car here and confident that you’ll be treated with respect and kept well informed.

   The team at Brendon Motors Karori were fantastic. They found the issues quickly, kept me in the loop, and got everything sorted to a really high standard. The whole process was easy, professional, and fairly priced. Kyle and Dave are genuine, friendly, honest and efficient, you can tell they really care about doing a great job. Best service and WOF experience I’ve had so far. Super reliable, convenient being just in Marsden village and are great to deal with. I highly recommend!

They’re so much better than the previous owners – friendly, quick, and really efficient with their work. Pricing is very reasonable too, which is hard to find these days.    DO NOT RECOMMEND. I guess they saw my son coming - for a WOF. Quoted over $2500 initially. He paid $270 for oil change and WOF inspection before we intervened. When we asked for more detail on the rest, most items well overpriced. We will be going elsewhere.

   DO NOT RECOMMEND. I took my car to Brendon Motors Karori, out of convenience, for WOF. It was my first time here and definitely the last! They failed my WOF for a broken headlamp. When I asked if it is repairable, they said it is non-repairable and must be replaced for $535.00. I’m glad I went for a 2nd opinion at Kilbirnie Motors just before my appointment! The damage was only to the bracket, very minor and completely repairable! All it needed was some epoxy which they did on the spot. All for $30! In addition to that, they also passed my WOF. I cancelled my appointment with Brendon Motors Karori but they asked me to purchase the parts for $346.00 because they have already ordered it and it cannot be returned. I sought legal advice and did not purchase it. Brendon Motors, did you know this is under the Fair Trading Act? “Misleading the public about the nature of the service”. In my case, insisting something must be replaced when the fact is that it can be repaired for $30.
