Great service, friendly and honest staff. They helped me decode a quote from a different garage, and gave me advice about the work that my car really needed.
Rip off- I was charged $442 for a WOF and service. Was initially told $275 for service but at the last minute jacked it up to $375 claiming Hybrid costs more. When asked what costs the extra, Les had no clear answer except saying more works for a hybrid as it has an extra battery!!?? Really Les? Sure seems like WOF pass or failure is linked to what is being spent!!! Transport authority should investigate this fella!
Got insane amount of quote so did not wanted to go further so they failed WOF. According to their logic whoever is coming for full car service and WOF they will fail your WOF first then will do the full service and then they will pass your WOF. First time hearing this in NZ. For changing very few things in my car they gave me quote worth of amount in that i can replace whole engine. That shows how they ripping off customers. Not good at all. Seems like few people had similar experience with this place. Do not recommend to anyone to visit here.

Honest, Reliable and Dependable service. WoF was done as it should be, professional. Fixed what needed to be fixed and Bob's ya uncle. I was in shock to see the prices of WoFs in other places, decided to come to Driscoll Motors. Better Value, but also Better Service.

Driscoll are fantastic. Very upstanding and professional, no slime from these guys at all. I rate them! I called them and they found a way to fit me in *the next day* despite covid and the crazy lead times these days. Dropped car off 930, they figured out the problem and called me at 11, with a full and final breakdown of all the parts and labour prices on the spot. Then they had the car done before 4pm so I could get my kid from daycare like normal. Arnie had a fantastic phone manner, real clear and patient. Top notch customer relations, for me being a new random customer. 5/5
Driscoll motors are great to deal with. Very easy to contact and book in. They allow you to drop your car off early in the morning at their carpark while they do the work during the day. This is great if you work in the CDB.
Came here for a WOF and left really happy with the service. The service itself was done within a few hours and you could tell you received an honest evaluation, no BS and no trying to sell anything onto you. I ended up coming back here to look at a repair needed for my car and received excellent advise from Driscoll Motors. I would definitely come back in future for any issues.
