   Almost perfect. Everything has high quality. Meat, bread, salads. The beef was slightly rough and salad was over-salty. But lamb was perfect.

   A cozy spot with great vibes. The food is amazing, stumbled upon this spot back in 2020 and was amazed by the food. Came back again recently and it was what I remembered. Perfectly cooked meat, amazing sauces. I would say it is a carnivores dream to just have all that amazing meat! The service is great and the staff were friendly, just as I remembered. I would definitely recommend getting the platter with multiple meats to share!

   Wow. First time here. What a treat to end the week. Went for first table on an Auckland Friday. Outstanding food, drinks, and service from Tomas and the team. Great atmosphere as you’d expect in Ponsonby. Beautifully fresh salads and buns and incredible coal bbq’d meat. Perfectly cooked steak. Sumptuous, all round! Cheers

   BBQ! I recommend the chorizo. The pork belly was also good, but the beef steak was quite tough (maybe due to the meat quality?). I liked that plenty of side salad was served with the main dish. When I visited, there was only one chef and one manager working, but they were professional and friendly even in a fully packed and busy situation – true superstars! It's a great place to stop by for a drink with the chorizo.

   Was Touring in New Zealand and I wanted to visit Ponsonby, at the same time I was also craving for steaks and this restaurant serve the best T bone steak! The quality of the steak and the seasonings was way superior than the ones I had in Singapore, the quantity was larger and the cost was lower ! On top of that they have the friendliest staff’s, i will definitely return when I visit New Zealand again !

   Been there twice, first time was good, meat cooked right. The second time we came back we noticed they had changed the chef, my pork belly came out over cooked and dry.., we did let them know at the end.., hopefully they will work on that as it makes me hesitant about coming back there now. Great atmosphere and service though

   I think this is my problem, I don't like this over cooked BBQ beef (short ribs). Besides that, my friend ordered Parrillada which is a mixed set with lamb, pork belly and flank steak. We have the same conclusion that we don't think it's delicious for our flavor.

   A pricey place, but the food is good and the servings can be rather generous. The chef was really accomodating, even changing our order midway through when we saw something others had ordered that looked like a much better deal.
