   Just reading a review from below with one star and a lot of hate , that person has definitely got the wrong barbershop here. I go to the barbers room on Dominion Road and they are top-quality a grade barbers there, first time going to the shop here on Richmond Road and got exactly the same treatment. High grade very experienced. I’d assume that person who left the one star has got the wrong business, anyhow appreciate it

   Genuinely the worst haircut I have ever received, price and quality wise. The bloke that cut my hair had little experience (1 year) however I decided to trust him as everyone starts somewhere. I sit in the chair and begin to get my haircut after giving him a detailed explanation of what I wanted. Decent chat from him seems like a good bloke, but fully butchered my trim and didn’t even bother to cut the back. DO NOT GO HERE

   I think I need to find a new barber. This place has major consistency problems. I’ve had my best haircut in Auckland here. I’ve also had my worst. Staffing seems to be a problem as well. Sometimes I’ll show up and there will be one guy working during a busy period with a long wait (over an hour). Would be much better if I could make a booking… I can’t just kill half a day to get a haircut. Shame because the owners are really nice and I’ve gotten some solid cuts here.

   Worst haircut for my son ever. The guy didn’t listen then got angry at me and cut far too much off. And charged me $45. It looks absolutely terrible and now I’m going somewhere else to fix it. Very upset. Never going back!
