Jina and her husband are an amazing business couple. Excellent customer service, calls answered immediately, requests or call backs are catered to. Jina is also very accomodating and thoughtful in her work. Always willing to cater to their walk ins and even in my case, would stay back a tad longer because I finish work late. Not every business will go the extra mile for their customers. Place is neat, tidy and very presentable. Thank You guys!!!

I have being going to Jina's regularly for many years now as she is definitely the best priced quality beautician, and just an amazing human being all round. And now my daughter's get to enjoy going to her too! Yes, sometimes there's a bit of a wait just because she is SO popular, SO good, and SO well priced, but it is definitely worth the wait! For waxing, she is the most gentle that I have personally experienced. I have quite sensitive skin and haven't had any issues here. This was also the first place where my ear piercings have actually stayed open due to the top quality products used (my sensitive skin normally doesn't like them - 4th time being pierced). I highly recommend Jina's. She is amazing!
