   I stopped going here because of the terrible customer service, I went three times before giving up - each time the lady doing my brows was extremely rude and would get upset about how “thin” my brows are… they’re standard size, no where close to being pencil thin. I’ve been getting my brows threaded for about 10 years and I’ve NEVER had this problem anywhere else. Not a place I’d recommend and definitely not a place I’d return to.

   Honestly if I could give it a 0 star rating I would. Absolutely distraught with the way I walked out of there with completely different eyebrows. When I had walked in she immediately asked me to take a seat and she grabbed everything she needed to do my eyebrows. As I sat in the chair I told her just a clean up no shaping. She got straight to it. She didn’t even ask to clarify what I wanted or to ask what I wanted from the beginning. She never asked me about it so once my eyebrows were done I looked at them and noticed they were completely different. I look so stupid. She made a comment saying that one of my eyebrows curled which she thought was the problem. The problem was the fact that my eyebrows look horrendous now and I’ve had them done before and I only ever get a clean up no shaping which makes them look perfect every time. I’m really upset.

   I've been going here for years for threading and waxing the best in Auckland. It first hurt at all and the results are always what you have asked for. I have bad experiences at other service providers.

   Love how this place is local. It is definitely my go-to for eyebrow threading. I have tried other places but none make my eyebrows look so natural. Not a place you would go to for great customer service but that’s okay for me because I just need a place that’s local, quick, affordable and doesn’t ruin my eyebrows. I have had waxing and tinting done here as well. Suggest you avoid going close to closing time if you don’t want to wait that long. I recommend going close to opening hours

   The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! As soon as I walk in, the owner was like okay I’ll serve you but if my regular customers come then I’m serving them first, firstly shop was empty secondly doesn’t offer appointments so can’t even book in advance so not my fault if I come before your regulars. Owners own personal hygiene was very poor, needs some deodorant. There was just 3 of us getting eyebrows done and she was like you are taking up too much time come to me when I’m quiet. Who does that? I understand you might not need new customers but when you do get some learn some customer service skills!

   I'm not sure if this lady is an artist or a magician, but I went in with a werewolf-like monobrow and she transformed that unholy mess into 2 perfect eyebrows incredibly quickly, virtually painlessly, and did so with a genuinely warm, very friendly manner. Absolutely brilliant service; this place will be my new go-to!

   Before going to this parlour, i viewed the reviews which was bad. Even though I went to her to get my eyebrows done because it is the only one near my house. She is really harsh that she don't care about customer's pain. And no proper customer service. She is just doing a business only for money. No value for customer. Never comeback to this lady.
