   The worst apartment I have seen in this world. So stink and disgusting. I have complained to the building manager but nil. Smoke detector in my room always chiming while I have hot shower, once even when I was just sleeping it's chiming by itself. Complain to property manager is useless no after sales service (Impression Ltd). Elevator dim light, smelly and stink never been clean, spot in the mirror and wall really uncomfortable. Hallway carpet humid and smelly. Area also not safe at all. The area is noisy, people screaming and swearing down there in the street and you can hear it (mine is 11th floor) and the window sill is not tight not soundproof and not windproof. In winter is freezing bcz the wind and cold enter from between the sill. Many drunken homeless, the do verbally harassment to people or when you walk, vomit on weekends,. Entrance to the elevator so so so dirty and disgusting always water spot not only when raining but just people so stink. Cleaner not doing their check routine cleaning. Elevator is the missing part on their list. Never stay in this building unless you got no option.

   The worst of the worst places to stay at with hygiene levels really bad! My partner, my 5 year old son and I got COVID from this place! As soon as you enter the apartment complex area by the lifts, there is a smell and odour of strong chemicals and it smells like that a lot of people are using too! Do not go here!

   Not worth staying here, so many domestics at night, security guards barely around and homeless people wonder in and start harrassing people to access the elevator! Also you'll have drunks and people not from this building loitering outside the entrance verbally abusing residents and blocking the entrance most nights - if I were you find somewhere else to rent cause it ain't worth the trouble!

   The fire alarm goes on so many times even in the middle of the night. The environment is so noisy and one of the elevator has been broken for over 1 month but no one repair it. There’s always water stain on the hall way. Bad experience.
