    There was a time when delivery was quick and easy. It now takes about a week and every time I place an order they are out of stock and I am forced to change or cancel the order. It will be my last order after all these years

    UPDATE: Since posting original post a few months ago it seems they have made big changes. I've been in three times since my last post and have received nothing but the best service from new staff and have changed star rating to reflect this. It has become a place I'd definitely be happy to recommend to friends and family now. Also my comment about the 'dungeon' was probably a bit harsh, and more to do with the treatment I received in the incident that happened that day. If you've had a bad experience before, probably worth giving them another go. Cheers ORIGINAL POST: I started going to the New Lynn branch as my fave juice brand is sold at very few shops (lots online, but prefer to go in). So was super happy to have one locally. However after a few visits and having the same terrible customer service experience EVERY visit (by two males that work at this store), I plan on never coming back. The customer service here is terrible. The place is like a dungeon. I asked a question about a previous vape I owned vs a newer upgraded version and was given the most sarcastic and ridiculous answer. Didn’t provide any helpful advice at all.

    The employees that work there seem like they genuinely don’t like to talk to customers or just hate their job in general. An example of this is when I walked in and had an inquiry about a particular vape, the person behind the counter gave me barely any information on it and it looked like he was too annoyed to do so anyway. This place has a lot of products the other vape stores in the area don’t, but obviously not good customer service. I don’t think I’ll be returning anyway, VAPO is a better alternative in terms of product and employees that value face to face service.

    Been a customer here 4 months through my brother's advice at first the products seem to be reasonably priced and great service. Recently toh the manager of the store didn't have the 3mg vape liquid and without any information added nicotine to the liquid which made it harsh to smoke. When returned to the store the only response was can't do much once sold can't take the liquid back 2 bottles down the drain. What a great service for the product failure. Never going back to this place just for the above reason. Just be open and honest, give the right product and advice and just get it right. Simple!

    I am new to the vape lifestyle and was told this is the place to go for advice as well as the best products. I visited and was sold a device and juice which I was happy with. The advice was limited despite my questions but I appreciated there were other customers in the store at the time No biggie I returned two weeks later to buy some more juice and some replacement coils. I was sold the wrong coils despite showing the guy the device he had recently sold me. No biggie. He refunded the cost but said he had none of the cartridges I needed. No biggie. I went next door to another vape store and got the coils I required. I noticed the cost of some of their juices were half the cost of the replacement juice I had just been sold. I returned again to question why the significant difference in cost. The reply I got was nothing short of abuse. Terrible customer service. Will never return. I was shocked. I would have liked to receive some advice about the different options available not just sold the most expensive option off the bat. I got the impression the guy was not prepared to take the time to talk to me and explain the range of products they offer. Ma Maybe I just got him on a bad day but it left a lasting impression.

    I visited this store on Friday 29 October, first time visiting any XVAPE store. The two guys working were friendly and upbeat and helped me to choose a flavour as they don’t stock my usual brands. To be honest the vape juice is okay but wouldn’t rush back to buy again. However I would be interested in shopping with XVAPE again as the service was nice and looks like a good shop setup
