   I am a regular customer of this Shosha shop because it is the closest to where I am living. They have definitely improved their customer service throughout the years, staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are also willing to price match their competitors which is a big bonus.    Ask for a 6ml get handed a 18mg nicotine. Ask for fave flavour get given a totally different one, oh this is after waiting 10 min for a phone call to finish in a different language! This is across several Shosha shops not only this one! Dont spend a cent with this company spend where service matters!
