Went in to get some glass. The gal working there was rude and said she couldn't help us because she didnt smoke or vape. She then said, "No one that works here smokes or vapes." CLEARLY why the shop is failing.
Shout out to Arwin, always serving in the late shift, some of the best customer service I've ever seen, always makes the visit enjoyable, he's combining warmth professionalism and politeness at a high level, he's a real one, and this store's late opening hours make it the MVP of Shosha
I live near this store and have been visiting for several years, usually once or twice a week, to buy IQOS refills. The store is always spotless, and every staff member is consistently friendly, making it a very comfortable place to shop. I personally use TEREA, and even though it’s understandable that not all product details can be known—given the wide range of products Shosha handles—I was impressed that the staff were well-informed about the necessary information. Also, one of the great advantages is that their business hours are consistent, so I can always rely on being able to make my purchases without any inconvenience. Highly recommended store!!
Super helpful and friendly. I went in looking for a new vape and looking for a low nicotine concentration liquid. The guy at the store explained the somewhat confusing nicotine salt/nicotine concentration to me (aka what it actually means) and set up my refillable liquid device for me. He was also very knowledgeable about the liquid flavours and steered me away from the ones that are quite sweet since I really don’t like the sweeter vape liquids.
The service was excellent. The staff helpful and very kind. I'm from the US and will definitely return here again on subsequent trips. I got a nice tobacco vape for a Great price and they even set it up for me and showed me how to use in store. Excellent service.
They closed the store before the advertised closing time today which is very annoying. Updating my review because I can't reply to the store's reply. I tried to go in to your store on Kroad 5 minutes before closing and the door was locked, staff member gave me a gesture waving his hand across his neck and and shaking his head. 5 minutes before closing is not last minute, staff member was very rude.
The level of customer service from the lovely girl jasmin that served me was 10/10. She took the time to explain the functions of the different pod devices and when I left I was very happy with my purchase. I'm new to vaping so I was nice to meet someone so helpful.
The two ladies working tonight were just sooo lovely, they helped me choose the right product they had lots of knowledge and were so friendly, will definitely come back!
I purchased a whip cream charger dispenser on the 31st May 2023, only to realise that it was faulty when I returned home. I tried to contact the store as it was near closing time, which none of my 5 calls were answered. The following evening I called the store, and was greeted by the manager, who was not only rude, obnoxious and very unpleasant to deal with throughout the whole call who also continued to speak over me when I was trying to explain to her that the product was already faulty at the time of purchase therefore a store credit should be offered due to the product not being fit for use from the very start. I am very disappointed how this was handled by the store manager and would deter anyone wanting to purchase any non-device products to shop eleswhere as these products aren't included in there returns policy (apparently).
Initially the store was quite busy so I thought my experience wouldn’t be so great, however the store clerk Jasmine coped very well with the work load. She spoke so professionally whilst dealing with costumers and definitely showed skills that I would not expect from a vape store employee. When it was my turn to be served she continued this experience and made me feel very welcomed.
