Very poor service, arrived 7 minutes before closing to get something specific and the person in the counter said that there is nothing because he got a phone call, when I asked for any flavour he said there is nothing come next week. I saw the item in the counter.
Rude staff, wouldn't understand what I was saying and explaining to them. Received a faulty item and was told they couldn't do anything about it. Highly disappointed. Going to a different shosha from now on.
Customer service is very poor. I visited last week to purchase an item the employee said they could not process my purchase because it was almost closing time. It was only around 7 pm. Closing time was 10 pm. They then proceeded to be very rude. I do not typically leave reviews, but this interaction was very unpleasant. Customer serviceup skilling is very much needed.
Amazing service from the staff; super friendly and helpful. Love the atmosphere of the store, is always welcoming and always full of stock for anything you need. Would definitely recommend everyone to come here!
I just went to get a cone pieces and the Maori or island gentlemen help me was very friendly with very good and honest recomendation. I forgot to ask for his name but well done to him for great service even know the purchase wasn't that big. Would always return for his great service !

Haven't been here for a couple years but went in yesterday. The place looks completely different. Massive glass cabinets displaying a huge range. Highly recommended. Also the staff are happy to help and give their personal opinion on products
