Hot water cylinder needed replacing, quote from Plumbing Systems $4500. Queried this and it was reduced by $300. Told initial inspection had already cost $92. Went to another plumber, the same hot water cylinder was installed for $2900. Received bill for initial inspection, increased to $100. You can draw your own conclusions.
