Great location... dont get a room on LHS of 1st Floor.....the roller door from the carpark next door sounds like a bag of bolts falling down a garbage shute......not pleasant early morning or middle of the night. Otherwise fine.
Great room and great location. Unfortunately the air conditioner has poor performance and made our room very stuffy. The wifi worked the first evening of three night stay. When we called the 0800 number no answer and no call back. Went to the front desk they said they would send the porter which never happened. We will have to wait for IT tech. The two things that make for a great stay wifi and room temperature comfort unfortunately let this nice room and great location down.
I recently stayed here with my daughter for a long weekend in the North Executive Studio. It was great. Excellent location, rooms clean and very quiet at night. We had trouble with our flight and customer service really helpful. 5/5 !
I was really close to giving this place a perfect score, but the beds just didn't cut it. The single beds were super narrow and uncomfortable - king singles would have been a much better option. The queen bed looked like it had been around for a while and was definitely due for a replacement. Let's be real, a good night's sleep is the main reason people stay in hotels and motels, so this was a major letdown. On the bright side, the service desk staff were fantastic - the ladies there were super helpful and friendly. Despite the bed issues, I'd still consider returning. Maybe they'll sort out the beds by then!
We stayed for 2 nights in the suites. It was a super nice and modern city appartement. The location is really just perfect, close to everything. Housekeeping is offered for stays more than 7 nights, but that‘s completely okay. The suite is equiped with a washing machine and a dryer and even washing liquid. Loved it!
Fantastic location from CBD. Stayed in a 3 storey townhouse and the rooms and toilets were clean and spacious. The only downside is that the stairs are a little steeper and narrower than the normal - but its not too bad. Would definitely stay again when revisiting wellington.
I stayed here for a solo holiday at the end of April. I haven't rated the service as there isn't really housekeeping for short stays although the front desk staff were friendly for the short interactions I had with them. The room was clean, tidy, and had all the amenities that I needed, including a small tidy kitchen with some complimentary teas, a bathroom with loads of space, and a lovely comfy bed with a GORGEOUS view of a beautiful gothic cathedral. The location is extremely convenient for the CBD and public transport, however this leads me to the reason I subtracted a star -- there was a fair bit of noise late at night from the street below, which is not anything the hotel or staff can help, but maybe bring earplugs if you (like me) have an early flight to catch.
Brilliant location. Quiet, clean and all furnishings and equipment in good clean order. We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend to others. Our whole family had apartments and a town house booked for the graduation and it worked perfectly. Thank you so much for a great stay. We are older folk in our 70s and found it all easy and comfortable.
I booked a two bedroom townhouse for my trip to windy welly with Boulcott suites. The staff were very friendly and more than happy to stow away our luggage when we walked in way before our check in time. The rooms were tidy and spacious to accommodate four people. The only drawbacks I could think off were the old plug in fan heaters and the lack of a in house restaurant. But there are lots of places to eat right outside the hotel and the location is so close to everything! Good experience.
Highly recommend this accommodation in Wellington. Great location, close to everything and is quiet at night. Great facilities. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay. There’s even a small washing machine. Reasonable price. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Wellington!
