   Never been to a place with such bad customer service. I have purchased a lot of different materials with ITM. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I AM GOING HERE. The lads in the office are great. But as soon as you go outside, the staff will quite literally ignore you, go do other things, leave you standing, in their yard, making eye contact, simply ignoring you. I got served after I went into the office and complained.
