   Recently had a pedicure.. I found the pumicing/sloughing of my skin roughly handled made me wince and hurt my toe skin. The thicker skin was where i needed pumice treatment, not the softer skin. Trimming of my nails was also very quick and quite painful , like she was in a rush, tho I was the only person there and there was no queue. The leg nassage? She didn't massage my feet or calf muscles much, just rubbed the shin skin so not really relaxing. or pampering. I did request she massage my feet, so they got 5 strokes. My toenails were painted nicely, but the rest of the experience was not relaxing or enjoyable . I would not choose to have treatment by the same operator again.ive seen on other occasions, other staff give nice massages and trim nails efficiently but without pain, but that was not my experience. I dont know the name of the person. She was the only one there that day. Pity cause I live really close but will travel to Mt Eden Village for my next pedicure. I have a pedicure about once a month, so this is not my first rodeo

   After 14 years of coming here we won’t be coming back. My fingers cut, my nails are uneven and the nail tech was really rough with my daughter and left her nails with sharp edges and rough skin. Not impressed and do not recommend. They are mostly unwelcoming and make you wait for ages and ages even when you’ve booked! And they never turn away anyone. Two nails techs and about 6 clients waiting. Really unprofessional, rushed job on my daughter and I instead of making them look great.

   I just got the coolest nails ever from Van! She is super talented and has overall amazing service. I tried the new gel nails which feel so nice, they're thinner and less damaging than regular acrylic. So happy, thank you! :)

   These lovely ladies are awesome! Friendly, love to chat and create perfect nails at a reasonable price. I get builder gel on my natural nails and these honestly last until I have to get them done because they are too long!

   DO NOT GO HERE. I came in and asked for builder gel, the nail tech refused and made me get acrylics which I did not want. I asked for pink polish and she said it was too see through and to pick another colour instead. My cuticles were cut three times when they were filing my nails, to the point one started bleeding. My acrylics were done so poorly the other nail tech said they hadn’t been glued properly and they would fall off sooner than supposed to - one came off in less than a week. The second nail tech refused to fix the gluing and take a $5 discount instead, and come back to get fixed for free. When I came back to get one fixed the nail tech was annoyed I couldn’t remember the number of the colour my nails were then painted it a slightly different shade than the rest. It’s now been two weeks and over half have fallen off, my nails clearly weren’t sanded down properly or filed well at all. Very unhappy with this service.

   Disappointing service. If they would change pedicure to nail painting then I would have giving it a better rating. Whole pedicure done in 20 mins. Did not scrub my feet at all. Had to tell 2 times to trim the nail properly. And after all that $55!!! Complete ripe off.
