Gel Pedicure was great and was happy with the service. The gel manicure was rushed and sloppy. Definetily would not pay to get the gel manicure again.
Went in for a simple Gel X removal, the lady was lovely and took good care of my nails. However, I was charged $40 and not all of the product was removed off my nails, and each finger I had was shaped differently. I understand this is listed on their price list, but compared to other salons, this is highly expensive (especially for a uni student!).
SNS on hands- sns overlay colour fell off on 2 nails within 24h. Nail tech was very rough when filing my nails and cut my skin. Gone back to my usual place in the city to get them fixed. Wouldn’t recommend
Came in for gel nails. I advised I like the nail straight (filled) while I was relaxing, she cut all my nails short. She then proceeded to apply the Gel which was the previous customer colour and completely different to the one I selected. I dont get my nails done so assumed the colour changed when set, so she proceeded to do both hands. Mean while each time the phone rang (twice) the other girl behind the counter who was on her cell phone advised the lady doing my nails to take the call. Twice she left me to answer the phone while the other staff member continued on her personal call. She had to buff off the previous colour then only applied the base coat to one hand advised the other hand still had some product left on. I was left with boy short nails and a gel that is not likely to last. I understand English is a second language however, short as in cut and straight as in filled really needs to be a word that’s understood.
I am a new customer just coming into this wonderful store for the first time. Having my Pedicure done I got myself into a treat. Thank you so much for the amazing job. Loved the hot stones for winter!
Had my nails done here a few times and love it every time!! The girls take such good care, are very friendly and always make my nails look fabulous. Thank you!

Wasn't overly happy when they were first done, quite messy and no care taken. Was back within a couple of days as they were already chipping. They were fixed up at no charge but again they started to chip and starting to peel. I've had my nails done for years with gel and have never experienced anything like this. I wouldn't be happy to recommend this place.
Went to Honey as a new mum with my 5 week year old. I was nervous he would cry the entire time, but desperately wanted to treat myself since birth. The owner asked to help and hold my son, which he then did for 45 minutes while I got my nails done. Such a lovely treat! Incredible service from lovely people.
