   We absolutely loved our lunch at The Arborist while visiting Wellington! The restaurant is conveniently located and easy to find in the city, though you'll need to factor in paid parking as there's no free parking available. The food was delicious, reasonably priced, and the staff provided great service. You must try the Chicken Katsu burger—it's a standout!

   Absolutely loved our experience at The Arborist Rooftop Bar & Eatery! The food was excellent — especially the fish and chips. The fish was incredibly fresh with a light, crispy batter that wasn’t greasy at all. And the fish burger? OMG… it was next level! The steak was perfectly cooked medium rare — tender, juicy, and full of flavour. The beef burger was also a hit, juicy and tender with great seasoning. Even the cheese toastie was a standout — simple, but so satisfying. The service was fantastic. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always checked in to see if we needed anything else without being intrusive. A great vibe, delicious food, and top-notch service — we’ll definitely be back!

   Every two weeks I'm at The Arborist for my BX Networking meeting and am about to have my son's 21st birthday celebration there. Everyone is lovely to deal with and the atmosphere is wonderful! The food and drinks are yummy. You can't go wrong at The Arborist!

1. The_Eternal _Traveller. ★★★★☆

   Lovely little surprise Bar. A little tricky to find, essentially up the leveraged, up two flights of stairs and pop out the top and round the corner to find the bar. Good views. Reasonably warm and welcoming. Limited non-alcoholic options, no coffee which is always unfortunate. Unfortunately smelt like people were smoking or vaping up there in secret which wasn't cool for unconsented passive smoking.

   First time here enjoyed with my Husband. A deal meal was in @ $25 for two. If you needed extra you paid extra. Excellent with everything and the "BLOODY MARY" our first time trying was on point (if your taste buds can handle). But I recommend go and try, especially upstairs.

   Dined here for breakfast while staying at the hotel. We stopped in once for a lazy breakfast and it was so good we came back every day we stayed. Amazing food, great service and Fantastic coffee. Atmosphere is hard to comment on at breakfast and we never made it to the roof top bar but we'll be back. In the interest of full disclosure this review is a good two years post visit so it may have changed so take this with a grain of salt but something I saw today made me think of the place and I felt I had to do my bit. I'll be back......

   Really cool bar and the staff were very friendly. I loved that they had a cherry drink on the menu. Unfortunately, they were out of the cherry stuff to rim the glass with... I'm really hopeful that they have it next time as I was excited about that bit. But it was still yummy without it and food was delicious. The lamb dish was sooo good! Looking forward to going back on our next Wellington trip.

   Really cute bar with rooftop and downstairs options. Enjoyed a few awesome cocktails - definitely worth a visit. Might pay to reserve a table if you want to have a good view.

   Rooftop bar was good. Nice happy servers who were friendly and bouncy. Chips and onion rings were great. View was nice. Not extremely comfy seating. But the idea is awesome. Was a bit quiet on the Tues night. Probably would be better on a busier evening. The Flatbread with toppings was lovely and fresh. Service was attentive and quick. Liked the atmosphere. Felt relaxed there.
