I come here regularly to get my eyebrows threaded. Sonia does an amazing job at keeping them looking fresh! Staff here are always super friendly and look after their customers. :)

The staff were lovely. Although, I paid $90 for builder gel that almost took 2 hours. The builder gel is uneven with the tips being thicker than the rest of the nail. A few suggestions: attention to detail is important as a nail technician and also hygiene. You can feel the debris from previous clients when you put your hands on the table and you can see the debris on the floor.
Local business with lovely staff, heaps of parking at the back of the building, and an easy walk.
Service was fine Sweeta is lovely but unfortunately the gel acrylics I got kept snapping off completely several times I’ve tried to contact them through instagram but hardly had any response back . I’ve had my nails for just over a week & it says in your guy’s description that these nails I got should’ve lasted for 3-4 weeks which is why I got them . I’ve had to try find other salons to glue nail back on as it’s too far of a drive to keep going back only for these nails to keep coming off easily .
I booked my appointment at 1pm and cancelled on same day saying they cant do at 1?? and i didnt mind so i booked again two days after and we agreed at 10 am but booked me at 11 am?? WASTE OF TIME I did not feel welcomed, but rather straight up rude and blunt customer service
I just had the best experience at Fearless Beauty, I haven't had my nails done in such a long time because of the lack of quality and customer services in the nail tech world. However upon researching beauty salons i came across FB on ticktoc of all places! Well let's just say my nail tech was the most sweetest and gentle soul who blessed me with her talent. Sweeta was sooo amazing, the conversation was flowing and I felt sooo comfortable with her. I've even said that I'll be her number 1 customer from now on, no offence to the other lovely workers hehe. She says her English is not good, I say, it's perfect. I understood you perfectly my dear. I do wish you had a tipping option on your eftpos machine because I would've loved to have tipped her for her services. Especially because you've been so accommodating in terms of service and needs. Thank you FB for bringing such a wonderful business into our Mt Albert community. I will see you again soon xx
I've been going to this nail salon for a few years now, such good service and quality. Tori always insures that your nails are done well and they always turn out amazing! Never left the salon without being super happy with the outcome! And in such a nice positive environment aswell, highly recommend
