   Lucas was by fair the best salesperson of the 4 shoe stores I visited today. He was friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. Offered me alternatives and got the sale. For the record, the other stores idea of engagement may or may not have been a greeting when I entered the store - and there it ended.

   Went in on the 2nd of jan and was kindly greeted by a young lady called fidellis . She was super lovely and knows her knowledge with her shoes , she is definitely one of a kind and is passionate about her job . Thank you so much , I am in love with my new pair of doc martins .

I came into the store at Lynn mall yesterday to buy some new boots, I only had limited time, so I appreciate the rapid service that I received from both staff, great customer service all round- I’m from the north shore but I will certainly get my next pair of shoes from platypus Lynn Mall.
