   Wow what an outstanding place to stay. From the beautiful bright entrance to meeting the very friendly receptionist to then going to my room. I was so surprised at the size of it and the cleanliness. I honestly could not fault anything I was lucky to have a room with the forest outlook and when the lounge and bedroom sliding doors are open you hear the water flowing in the stream. It was absolute tranquility and I never heard one noise the whole time I was there. It was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. Totally recommend to everyone. Very handy to Westfield mall and there is even a coffee cart in the car park right next door. Full kitchen, washing machine and the bed was super comfortable. There’s even a children’s playground and basketball court. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

   We recently stayed in Room 11 on Level 1 and had an awful experience from start to finish. The room is directly behind the neighbouring pub, and the noise was unbelievable. People were singing at the top of their lungs along to loud music well into the night, and we barely got any sleep. On top of that, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, the cheap blinds let all the light in from the pub and the sun, and even the lounge was so poorly designed and unsupportive that we couldn’t sit and watch a show to unwind. Nothing about the room felt relaxing or enjoyable. The layout of the apartment was poorly designed. The rooms weren’t even big enough to fit a suitcase in and the bathrooms very small and had to have the shower between the bathroom door being opened and closed. We couldn’t wait to leave and will never be staying here again. Definitely not worth it.

   Recently I stayed at Sunrise Gardens while visiting family in Auckland. Due to a challenging circumstance I had to extend my stay here. Gary (Manager) and Shay (Reception) were extremely understanding, kind, thoughtful and accommodating while allowing me extend my stay daily, as needed. All the staff, including the cleaners are so friendly and make clients feel at home.

   Loved our stay at Sunrise Garden Suites! Such a convenient location, plenty of easy basement parking with handy luggage trolley nearby, a spacious, comfortable, quiet, well-appointed suite with a restful bush and walking track outlook, and wonderfully helpful, friendly office reception. Everything was great :)

   By far one of the best places I have stayed in years. travelling for work a lot, I get to stay at a lot of places and never really feel the need to leave a review one way or the other, but this place is worth a mention. From the first encounter with staff to the last, the experience is friendly and efficient, the room I stayed in was very spacious, extremely well appointed and super clean. Stayed in the middle of winter so noticed the double glazing and individual heat pumps in each room immediately as the apartment was cosy and warm throughout. Vehicles are securely parked underground with easy access to elevators and ample parking. There is a high level of security with elevators requiring room tags to access the correct floor adding additional comfort to lone travellers or people leaving and returning at odd hours. Finally - as an added benefit - you open the doors to the balcony and realise that there is small stream right behind the apartments that you can hear all the time. (Bit too cold during my stay to leave the balcony doors open over night, but in summer this must be the most tranquil experience ever) - I have advised my company, our corporate travel agency and my co-workers that this is by far the most outstanding property I have stayed in for a while and when in the neighbourhood, staying here is an absolute must.

   I constantly teach at different locations and travel all over the North Island. To be honest, Sunrise Garden Serviced Apartments in Albany, it at the top of my list. You really get heaps of value for your money. The place is very neat, looks new, there are heaps of space, friendly staff, spacious luxury parking and there are all that you can dream of in terms of luxury. I honestly cannot wait to go back there after every visit. If you compare other places in Auckland with this place, they all lack by far and you will always be disappointed, because there is simply no comparison!

Rooms were just as pictured and well maintained, 10/10 would recommend Sunrise Garden to anyone visiting or looking for temporary accommodation.

   This accommodation exceeds all expectations. From the first minute we felt very welcome, check-in went smoothly. The apartments are very spacious and beautifully furnished. The biggest plus here, however, is the cleanliness. Unlike in most hotels, the corners are really cleaned here and attention is paid to the little things. The cleaning staff really do a fantastic job. If this level of cleanliness can be maintained over the long term, this will definitely remain our place to stay whenever we come to Auckland. Kudos to the wonderful cleaning staff!

   I had an exceptional experience at Sunrise Service Apartments in Albany. The rooms were impeccably clean and suitable for both short and long stays. The standout feature, however, was the exceptional service. The staff was always accessible and genuinely attentive, going above and beyond to meet guests' needs. Special recognition goes to Jenny, Peter, and the humble housekeeping staff who made my stay truly enjoyable. I would really want to give more than 5 star rating to this place.
