   Made a Purchase on a Vape today in search of something cheap however? As I went for one of the cheaper products I was told that it wasn’t really that good of a product and does tend to have issues. At first I was skeptical when talking with the New Manager of Shosha however? After reading some of the reviews on said product I wanted to purchase. He was absolutely right! People that left reviews on the product did say if you buy cheap you’ll get cheap and thankfully he was nice enough to guide me towards a product within my budget that had 5 star reviews. Today I left as a happy customer and I would definitely recommend going to this Shosha for all your Vape Product and needs. The Manager definitely knew what his products are capable of after having a discussion with him on a few other products in which those reviews aligned with, based on his amazing knowledge. Definitely 5 Stars!!!

   Bought a Hookah last week, the guy at the store (Sahil), was extremely helpful and supportive, had great attention to the details and very good communication skills. The guys certainly had more knowledge then most the employees in other Shosha outlets around. Went there to just buy one basic Hookah, but ended up buying a Vape, Juice and a Cute little bong. Exceptional customer service. Thank you.

   Bought two faulty coils and products within 3 months. They gave no compensation for this despite me having to return a few times. On that basis I rate it as poor customer service post product. Clearly don't value a regular customer.

   1 star is even too much for this store. So angry and disappointed. Bought a vape (Palm Fit) with replacement pods. 4 days after purchasing the vape I needed to change the vape pod as it had ran out. For some reason the pod requires an adapter to go into the vape. I couldn’t get the adapter off the empty pod to put it onto the new pod. I tried everything. So I took it back into the store this morning. The guy and woman there really struggled and needed to use PLIARS, to get the adapter off. They tried a different adapter from another palm fit box. But it was the same. I said that this was not what I wanted as I don’t walk around with pliars and I simply could not change it myself. I asked if there was something they could do for me. No there is not. They were not willing to help me at all. They mentioned warranty only covers the ‘vape’ I said how about a refund for something that appears slightly faulty. Nope. They refused to do anything to keep me as a customer. I will never go back and will be telling the rest of my vaping friends and family who also shop there not to go back. I would rather support a company who cares about their customers. Not just money.

   Worst customer experience ever had. Bought a vape and gave 3 months warranty as well. When I opened it was not working. Came back to shop for change product. But counter lady was saying I can’t change or get refund as it is opened. How come we checked product without open packing. Selling bad product. Share fault information and bad customer experience.
