    Sunday 30/11/2025 @0930hrs only car in drive thru, a few other cars parked for eat in but not over crowded, not too big or extraordinary order, ordering was straight forward & ok, mistakenly pulled up to the 1st window didn't know I had to pull up to the 2nd window, was handed my coffee and asked to move to the 2nd window for the food which I did, waited nearly 10mins, when my order was ready the sliding server window opened, a young unfriendly female thrust the bag through the window then shut it, no apologies for the delay - thank you for your patience we are under-staffed/bit busy, pretty much here's your order now get lost, got home no bacon in the BACON & egg muffin and the rest of the order looked like it was rugby passed into the boxes, only decent things were the 3 hash browns, so disappointed with lackadaisical (careless/lacking enthusiasm) service & attitude, My family & I won't visit or waste our money on McDonalds, if you can't find people with a genuinely nice attitude then train what you currently have as 'staff' to at least put on a bit of facade to show you do understand professionalism and customer service. Absolute Poor Service and a rip off - no bacon in the bacon & egg muffin! Yes, I would like to hear back from you but I won't be holding my breath - If I could give a no star rating I would

    Lowkey disappointing. Ubered a Big Mac from this branch and got a burger with no beef patties, just bread, cheese and lettuce. You gotta be braindead to forget the beef patties, it’s like the main part of the burger mate. Mind you the bag was sealed when I received my food, so I wouldn’t be able to tell prior to opening my food. Who are ya’ll hiring bruh. I get that I have to contact Uber but can you not just take accountability? Like who forgets to put 2 beef patties

    Waited 20 minutes in drive thru, along with 3 or more cars behind us. We felt sorry for the staff member who looked like she was working on her own. The food was delicious thank you. Not sure where the rest of the team members were to help that lady, sad to see no team work support involved.

    We ordered 3 SWEET teas and they gave us unsweetened tea, we kindly went back and asked for sweet tea, the manager gave us pure rude attitude, and when we got our new ‘’sweet’’ teas it was the same as the first one, pure DISGUSTING and felt like we should’ve never gotten any attitude towards us, I’m not coming back if the workers are gonna have a rude attitude towards there customers that’s what’s making them get money. respectfully even if ur a manager you shouldn’t treat ur customers with not respect and attitude even if you got their order wrong, do ur JOB and fix the issue with the customer.

    Friendly service and with a smile so that's cool. Food was nice and regular if you know what I mean!? And the atmosphere was as pleasing as always.

    The staff could probably use a refresher on caring for their facilities. The toilets were dirty, the tables were full of rubbish, and the bins were overflowing. Our sodas tasted like they had been filled with ice and set aside until all the ice had melted; by the time my family got their drinks, they were warm and flat. I don't normally complain about businesses, but I am disappointed that I spent money on 5 drinks that no one drank. I will not be returning to this location.

    I ordered a sausage and egg muffin combo from the drive-thru today. When I got home, I realised no egg was in the muffin. It's frustrating not to get what I paid for. It seems like they didn't train their staff correctly on how to make food. This was the second time I experienced this frustration. Very disappointing.

    Long long wait and when we finally get our order they stuff it up. Went through drive thru and just Bad bad service both staff and Managers incompetent. Big Mac with no bun on top hardly any sauce and cheese burger sauce all over the packaging. When I took the big mac back to complain the staff find it amusing - staff and managers as bad as their burgers.
