   Order on uber eats for dinner tonight - was still hot when it arrived. We ordered the lust deluxe pizza, the Grimm pizza, the Camembert bites (a personal fav) and the jalapeño poppers. All food was really good & yummy - the only thing is the jalapeño poppers were a bit underwhelming both in taste & in portion. But bonus points as they did not at all skimp on the toppings/meats on the pizzas like we’ve experienced many times before. Ample toppings & perfectly cooked - we would definitely order from here again. Thanks guys!

   Pizzas are good quality, not stingy on the ingredients and plenty of options. The salads here are nice and fresh too and a decent portion. Pizzas and sides were made quickly too so not a long wait. Thanks team!

   I had the worst pizza experience ever. It felt like I was eating rubber—half-cooked and half-raw. The slices were so poorly made that the toppings fell off as soon as I tried to pick them up. It was incredibly disappointing. I highly recommend the franchise head office inspect this location, as the quality of the pizza is unacceptable. The place wasn’t even busy; I was the only customer, and still, the pizza was a disaster.

   Just ordered through Uber eats got a slimy old salad supposed to be ceaser and a cold pizza for $40 will not get food there again. Called and just told my feedback will be given to the manager and they will call back. Yuck!

   I cooked not reheated, but actually got out the frying pan to cook the chicken nibbles as the skin was transparent showing the pink vein & flesh beneath. I don't understand how they could let a customer walk out with obvious uncooked food! And what's worse is that I was the only person instore at the time so it's not even because they were busy. Bloody lazy & unacceptable, not going there ever again I'd much rather drive the extra distance. Come on guys, you can do better than this! Very disappointed as I used to love Hell Pizza.

   I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Hell Pizza Titirangi, and I must say that it was an absolutely horrendous experience and the last time I go to them again. I ordered a pizza online, as I have done many times in the past, and selected no to the vegan cheese option. As there was no other option for me to select a different cheese and the price did not change when I unselected the vegan cheese option, I thought that they would use normal cheese. When I arrived the staff member said, “so you wanted no cheese?” I said No, I want cheese on the pizza and began to explain how I had ordered. The manager then came over and started trying to explain that I needed to order normal cheese, when I showed him there was no way to do so and that the price was still that same, he then proceeded to argue with a raised voice. Getting nowhere and tired of being yelled at by the manager I decided to forgo the pizza and left without it - even though I had already paid $30 for it. The manager displayed a complete lack of professionalism, competence, and basic customer service. Attempting to resolve any issues with the manager was an exercise in futility. He was unresponsive, uncooperative, and seemed utterly disinterested in rectifying the problems they had caused, offering no solution or workaround. It was clear that customer satisfaction was an afterthought for Hells Pizza Titirangi, and they were more than willing to dismiss any complaints or concerns raised by dissatisfied long serving customers by arguing and shouting over the top of me. Hells Pizza Titirangi will probably respond trying to defend their position but that does not change the fact that the manager was rude, would not listen, and continued to cut me off by yelling over the top of me. It also doesn’t change the fact the price does not change and there is no notification to say you are ordering a pizza with no cheese - something I will be raising with the Commerce Commission as a deceptive business practice.

   The food here is on point. Being one of the few pizza places in the area, this place gets really busy at times..especially on a Friday evening. If ordering online, suggest you don't trust the estimate time given as we had to wait an extra 20 minutes as there were so many orders on that day and ours wasn't ready. Very friendly staff.
