Unfortunately got a really bad cut here that I’ve had to go elsewhere to get fixed. I asked for just a basic trim with long layers and got very very blunt looking, two completely separate looking layers. I feel the stylist realized and styled it quite strangely on the day, curling the ends really aggressively, and once I washed it, saw it was a real mess. Unfortunate experience given there are generally really great reviews.
