   Got a soul bowl and it was 90% cabbage. No lettuce just chicken that tasted like it had been boiled in hot water and some sauces and onion on cabbage. This is not a salad and it made me cry

   The guy there is super rude. He once was opening late and I just politely ask when the stand was opening and he just sarcastically and impatiently said "whenever it opens"

   I recently visited the taco joint at UOA with high hopes, as I've always enjoyed their decently filled burritos in the past. However, this time around, I left feeling quite disappointed. The filling in my burrito was noticeably sparse, especially when it came to the chicken. Instead of the generous portions I was accustomed to, there was an abundance of cabbage that seemed to overpower the flavor. To make matters worse, I was surprised to find out that they now charge extra for jalapeños, which had always been a complimentary addition before. This change in policy was quite disappointing, as it seemed like an unnecessary way to nickel-and-dime customers. I've always appreciated the flavors and quality of food at this establishment, which is why this experience was all the more disheartening. I hope that they take customer feedback into consideration and return to the standards that made them a favorite in the first place. As of now, I'm left with the memory of an underwhelming visit, and I'm unsure if I'll be returning anytime soon.

   One of the guys there working this morning has the worst service ever - clearly is miserable and wants to make everyone else miserable as well. I ordered a quesadilla and he rudely responded with the most attitude ever saying we're not doing those that's why there's tape over it it means not for sale. I responded saying you can still very clearly see it on the menu (the tape was very see through). Once again he rudely responded saying I'm the first person to not notice that which isn't surprising, they were barely open for an hour. I told him I won't be the last customer to make the same mistake. Anyway the problem isn't being sold out of quesadillas and nachos, I don't care about that would've ordered something else. Rudest service ever, guy needs to be humbled and learn customer service skills because he definitely is driving away customers.

   I was very disappointed with the state of my burrito today. Before the days of lockdown, I was a regular customer. After a big hiatus, excited and hungry for a burrito, I was met with cold inattentive service, and a very undersized, poorly heated and flavourless burrito. Safe to say Needos will be acquiring a new customer. no bueno

   girl working there today with piercings was impatient and rude. she asked me whether I wanted sauce or not, but when I replied with pardon, she simply rolled her eyes and shook her head, and i wasn't asked again. she continued rolled her eyes infront of me on multiple occasions. decent food but garbage customer service.

   Awesome, fresh Mexican food. Super nice employees. They're always speaking Spanish to each other - so you know it's authentic ;). $6.50 budgie meal is best deal on campus hands down.
