   I’ve ordered from Domino’s many times, and usually, the driver calls when they arrive, and I go outside to receive the food. Today, however, the delivery driver accidentally threw my fries, and they end ofed up in the park. I was able to see exactly what happened thanks to my camera footage. The driver tried to come inside, but the latch was closed—maybe a quick call to confirm next time would help avoid these situations. I could see the driver felt bad, but other customers might get frustrated. Please take extra care and improve communication for future deliveries. Thanks.

   I wish I could take a photo. I just found a sharp chicken bone on my pizza. I got a normal supreme not a chicken supreme. It's straight a big bit of bone that's very sharp and hard. Someone could get hurt. What the actual? I'm happy to send you a photo. I will not be eating here ever again. Like that's dangerous. Need to do better. How do I add a photo?

   I’ve been ordering from Domino’s Glen Eden for a while now and I can honestly say it’s one of the best Domino’s branches in West Auckland. Every time I stop by, Arundeep and the team are welcoming, friendly, and professional. It makes a huge difference when the staff actually greet you with a smile and remember regulars. The pizzas themselves have been spot on — bases cooked properly, plenty of toppings, and they always come out piping hot. Last time I tried the Loaded Pepperoni and added extra cheese, and it was perfect. Garlic bread was fresh and not overcooked like I’ve had at other branches. Delivery has also been smooth whenever I’ve gone that route. Drivers are polite, orders arrive within the time frame, and the food is still hot — which says a lot since I live a bit further out from the store. The store itself is kept clean and organized, and you can tell the team takes pride in keeping things running efficiently even when it’s busy. I’ve seen Friday nights where the place is packed with orders flying in, but Arundeep and the staff still manage to get everything out quickly and keep a good attitude. All in all, Domino’s Glen Eden has become my go-to spot for pizza because I know what I’m getting: reliable service, fresh food, and a friendly team that actually cares. Big thanks again to Arundeep and the crew — keep up the awesome work!

   I recently visited dominos glen Eden and was really impressed! The pizza was absolutely delicious – the crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick with service. My order was ready faster than expected, and everything was hot and fresh when it arrived.

   Received order 2 hours later than quoted. Cold and looking like they had kicked it all the way here. Put clear delivery instructions in the order notes, the first driver failed to make delivery. After an hour waiting (after quoted delivery time) i called and they told me it was on the way, then called back 15mins later to see if i still wanted the pizzas?! After telling them I did, The second driver arrived within 5mins, told me what had actually happened, obviously first driver didn't bother to read the note, returned the pizzas to the store and and no one bothered to inform me.

   This is the absolute worst dominos pizza i’ve ever dealt with! I wanted to not write this review and have given them multiple chances, the delivery service is always late, the pizza cold and more often then not the sauces or toppings are missing. To add to it their manager is rude, just hung up on me, in the past they have said they would refund my money and despite me calling them every day for 5 days straight they would tell me they’d do it in the next 30minutes they never did. On one occasion they issued me a voucher for cold pizzas and the voucher didnt even work. I do not recommend this place at all!!!

   Rating relates to the general inconsistency of the pizza here. Sometimes it’s made okay, sometimes not. Priced well for an affordable pizza option, but for the quality of the pizza you get? it varies.

   Our order tonight was great until we got to the garlic prawn pizza, it literally smelt like rotten eggs. So I called up and was simply told it must be the way they cooked the prawn, and how they had a similar comment made by another customer. I've just gone ahead and thrown out the pizza, unfortunately I was not offered a resolution for this issue. Check your prawns please, you could make someone very ill from this.

   I generally go to this one for pizza because it is cheap and relatively good, but I was slightly unimpressed this time. I don't want to be rude if there are any medical complications, but I think it was a little unsanitary that nobody in the kitchen was wearing a mask -incorrectly or correctly. Secondly, I don't exactly feel like this time they gave any care to the pizza. I don't mean they should treat it like a literal baby, but I found that the moved the pizza box a lot rather than just keeping it upright. Other than that, the pizza is still pretty good.
