   Our oldest has been here for over 3 years and our youngest since the start of the year. Our oldest has absolutely thrived from the beginning and we are so happy with the progress and special connections hes made with his teachers Leanne, Noah, Emily and Shay. We are so thankful that our youngest has had a similar experience in his transition to daycare. Overall very grateful for the love and care provided for our children and the village they have been for our family.

   Our son started with Kindercare at 9 months old, and we have only left now he is 3 as we have moved away from the area. We could not recommend this daycare enough! From the Kiwi room as a baby, to the Tui room as a toddler, the carers always went above and beyond to care for our boy, meet our needs and special requests. They all cared for him like family. We were so sad to have to leave and will always have a place in our hearts for our experience at Kindercare! Special shout out to Lauren, Emily, Nhi, Lisa, Frankie, Latai, Alishia, and of course Annie, Sharon and Floss. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the love and care with our son's first journey with daycare xx

   Our son Daniel started at Kindercare a couple of months ago after being at home with us and a nanny. From our very first visit, we were impressed with the welcoming staff and the wonderful setup. Daniel has settled in so well, he is happy, cared for, and truly loved, as if he is part of an extended family. The teachers go above and beyond, and we could not be more grateful. The ratios are excellent, and we have full confidence in the food, hygiene, safety, and overall care provided. We could not be happier and highly recommend this centre to any parents looking for a nurturing and professional daycare.

   Our 2-year-old daughter attended this Kindergarten for nearly a year, and our experience was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly supportive, and the teachers were always attentive and caring. Our daughter loved being there and connected with everyone. The playground is spacious and filled with engaging activities that helped her develop motor skills and stay active. We only moved her to another Kindergarten due to logistical challenges with our work schedules. We’re truly grateful for the time our daughter spent here and highly recommend this Kindergarten to other families.

   My husband and I had a wonderful morning today because we are impressed by seeing this beautiful Mothers day decoration and morning tea prepared for parents at Kindercare Lincoln Road. Most importantly, I received my first Mother's Day gift from my little one as he painted during his daycare time, the most precious gift I have ever had, I am very touched and grateful! We see other parents and their children with lots of smiles on their face. We chatted a bit, everyone is so happy. We love the friendly and heartwarming atmosphere at Kindercare Lincoln Road. Just wanna say a big thank you to all staff at Kindercare Lincoln Road for making this wonderful experience and memory for my family! We sincerely appreciate your hard work and continued nurturing care and support for our child！

   My daughter has been with Kindercare Lincoln Road since she was 11 months old. From the baby room, to toddler room, through to “big-girl pre-school”. Including the ups & downs of covid shutdowns, and small mixed classes for the kids of essential workers. I have always found the centre to be welcoming, well resourced with great outside play areas, and to have a caring and engaging atmosphere. Communication for the most part has been excellent, with some stories and photos of her day on their Educa system. When I have had any questions, concerns, & feedback, the centre director Annie has always been open, supportive and very hands on. Latai, Monica, Leanne, Gillian, Lauren, Noa, Emily, Janice, and Annie, have been there for us the whole time and have provided a consistent, stable, caring environment for my daughter to learn and play. Floss has also been great at creating nourishing meals, which are often a hard act to follow. Thank you all for making my daughter feel very safe, loved, and cared for! As we get ready to say goodbye (too soon!), to start the next chapter of our learning adventure at school, we wish Kindercare Lincoln Rd all the best. Thank you so much and we will miss you!

   My experience in Kindercare Lincoln Road. In November 2022, Lincoln Road Kindercare called me and told me my daughter had broken her chin. When I picked her up, the teacher said she ran too fast and fell down on the table. After sending her to White Cross to treat the wound, my daughter told me that today the teacher was angry and asked her to go outside. A boy blocked the door and refused to let her go out. He pushed her hard, and her chin knocked on the table. Everything happened under the teacher’s eyelids. Today 21/02/2023 I received another call from Lincoln Road Kindercare, saying that my daughter broke her chin again. When manager saw me, she said again that she ran too fast had a fall and injured her chin. I remembered that when my elder daughter was in this kindergarten, she said that she saw other child hitting her sister on the head with a stick, but I didn't take it seriously. Except the baby room is passable, the other rooms are basically like no owner farm. They will not move unless there is bleeding. Teachers change frequently, and the entire environment is such that good teachers don’t stay there long. When something happened,it is always your kid’s fault,like your child is running too fast.

   My daughter has been with Kindercare Lincoln for 3 years. From the baby room, to toddler room, through to preschool. The centre is welcoming, has a sense of family vibes, staff have had a great impact in my daughters learning journey. Communication for the most part has been excellent, when I have had any questions, concerns, feedback, the centre director Annie has always been open, supportive and very hands on. She shows she really cares about the interest of the children and their families, but also staff and it is evident in the centre environment and staff engagement. Latai, Jenny, Frankie, Harpreet, Leanne, Gillian, Tasha, Lisa, Brenda and Annie! Thank you all! For making my Jayda feel very safe, loved, and cared for! My whole family know everyones name I mentioned because Jayda speaks/has spoken of you so often, she tells our family what shes learnt, what she enjoyed, how much she “misses you or loves you” lol and how you are all her kindercare family! As we embark on a new journey, takecare, we wish Kindercare Lincoln Rd all the best!
