Fantastic location in the middle of the city cbd. Not totally modern, but nicely renovated. No elevator but itβs only one up from street level. Apartment is a spacious 1 bedroom with kitchen, lounge, dining together. Bathroom is excellent as well. Appliances include washing machine, dryer and dishwasher - a bonus for longer stays.
Quiet and back off the street, but very handy to excellent shopping and a huge selection of eateries. Rooms were a good size and comfortable, along with the beds. Recommend
Ideally situated in central Wellington, this property offers exceptional value. Its immaculate condition and convenient amenities, including a dishwasher, washer, and dryer, make it perfect for families. The strong water pressure and heat pumps in the bedrooms and lounge enhance comfort. We highly recommend this property for future stays.
I wondered whether to give this a four or a five (both good scores!) but what tipped it was that despite the room being slightly 'tired' and dated, it was super well equipped. We had a two bed suite and I just cannot ciomplain about a single amenity the suite had. The shower was super which is always a bug-bear for me and it's lacking nothing. Within 3 minutes of leaving the room, you can be in a super breakfast cafe and 5 minutes to one of the best craft beer bars in Wellington. Love this place.
Great place to stay with family and friends. The location is fantastic - close to many destinations and restaurants. The price is good.
Really enjoyed my stay at Willis Village the service was outstanding and loved how central it is to everything in the CBD really loved the room we got would do this place again.
Not bad but not great either. All the basic amenities and kind staff. Not the most comfortable due to the position (Not the best area), lots of noise all through the night from the street especially up in the top bedroom and the kitchen (maybe the plumbing) smelt pretty bad. Can't notice it in other areas so I just made my trips to the kitchen very short. But to get all your amenities for a suitable price it might be viable and there is a cinema and street with food/coffee within 500 metres or so
Reception would not answer the phone so was locked out of the room. Another guest provided the lock box code otherwise we would never have got in. Only 1 towel for a family of 4. Still awaiting for a return phone call. No rubbish bin provided in the kitchen. Carpet very threadbare, but nice big rooms and location are positives. Very disappointed that there was no customer service. We rang at least 10 times and no one would answer the phone.
Had stayed there for a 8 days. The room wasn't serviced once, things broken/missing. Extremely noisy from other people that were also staying. Service room was backed on to our room so staff were in and out. Had to ask for things like clean towels. Only thing enjoyable that it was walking distance to everything and warm. A warning don't count on a goodnight sleep you won't get it. However the Japanese restaurant down stairs was amazing, lovely service and food will come back for the restaurant not for the accommodation.
