Perfect location, rooms are small but you aren't in them much. Clean and airy. Asked for quiet rooms away from the front which we did get, but they were right above the bin yard which was emptied at 2am and bottles dropped loudly waking us up on a regular basis. Would stay again tho but more specific on location of room.

Amazing location along a street full of restaurants, ice cream, and loads of vintage shops. 15 minute walk to the harbour and close to many bus links. The staff were so helpful at the check in and let us leave our bags in the storage room after we checked out prior to heading to the airport. The pool is basic and unheated, but a pleasant temperature in November and much needed relaxation after an active holiday. I would definitely stay here again

Nicely done up boutique rooms. Comfy beds. Two minor gripes were the large amount of dust caked on the fire sprinkler wasnt pleasant to look at and the floors appeared to be leaning down towards the window. Aside from those minor gripes, the place was lovely. The location was great and accessible.

Location is perfect, just exactly the spot youn want. The hotel looks super nice. The hotel offers very good parking if you lucky take it it is super convenient Rooms are small: 1. Could have a better door for the bathroom. 2. Sometimes in the morning we had issue with hot water 3. The breakfast could be better, but coffee is great and again decorations are super nice. Don't get me wrong if I need to come back to Wellington for couple of nights I would choose that spot again!

Such a cool place to stay. The venue has such a fun whimsical vibe and the popcorn machine in the bar is a great touch. Cocktails and food were really delicious. The rooms are compact, but really well designed with al great decor. Loved being able to open the windows! Would 100% stay again for business or pleasure.

Fantastic experience, super clean and comfortable room. the mattress can slide a bit off the bed base but not once I was in it. Quality complimentary snacks and juice in room were much appreciated as were the lovely toiletry products. Luxury touches for sure. I had a quiet room & plenty spacious enough for me. Location is just perfect, right on Cuba Mall. Will definitely be back when in Wellington.

We had booked a affordable room, I guess standard room with 2 beds. The bed were good, bathroom with shower was good,we had a small fridge, ironing board, and a large TV on the wall, with Netflix. So nothing to complain about,we were satisfied and not disappointed. Although we had not booked this, they had a spot in their underground parking for us, for an extra fee. We were allowed to leave the car there till noon the next day.

Amazing hotel, love the vibe and the building!! I was in room 117 and it was tiny, also very noisy with the heat pump fans outside the window on the roof, think it comes into the building under the bathroom as this floor vibrates slightly. Also the cleaners room is right opposite so there is a bit of noise and rubbish bags outside in the corridor. The restaurant is amazing, food sensational and the bar also excellent so made up for the poor room experience.

Funky decor and friendly staff, but the room definitely was not as clean as I would have hoped. There were thick layers of dust on the shelf and skirting boards of the bathroom. The remote for the TV was filthy, window sill was very dusty. The room only had a heater, but this was not needed because the room was uncomfortably hot all night, had to keep the window open all night to cool the room down a bit, but because of this we had to listen to the sounds of late night partiers and vehicles, which kept us awake.

I stayed for one night before catching the ferry. Funny enough I stayed at this same hotel before it was Naumi and didn’t realise until I arrived. It is far superior to how it was before, quirky, fun and super central. They’ve done a great job making it a nicer space. Staff were friendly although a few of them were not very helpful. When I checked in I found none of the plugs in my room worked, I told one staff member and then I waited for 10 minutes while he helped others before he was aiming to check my room. Luckily another very lovely team member came along and just moved me no questions asked. The room was compact but very functional, perfect for one person. Agreed it could use a bit of dusting, but it was overall very clean. The room has all sorts of nice touches, a shower steamer, nice soaps and hair products, a complimentary mini bar with sparkling water and nice teas and some wee kiwi treats. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and it was value for money. I also used the parking which was $30 and secure. Would definitely stay here again!
