   Closed my son’s file so now we have to waste more tax payer’s money and time by going back to a gp for a referral and starting the entire process again. Got a letter dated 6 May only delivered to my home and my GP’s office on 26 May to say the file will be closed if I don’t contact them! 20 days late! When I called them they said they tried to contact me a number of times but yet I had one single missed call. Have they heard of emails?! Text messages?! And I’ve also been waiting 2 years for my son to attend a Whizz Kids workshop and it’s always just excuse after excuse. No wonder so many kids are falling through the cracks. Will be looking at lodging a formal complaint.

   only getting two stars because i feel bad for some of the overworked staff. a lot of them were terrible though and made me lose faith in the mental health system. wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy as it currently is

   I went here a while ago as a young teen. Diagnosed with anxiety but all they really do is give you PDFs of how to generally cope with anxiety, not specific to your needs. I came here because of frequent suicidal thoughts and left with more than before due to false hope

   Really bad therapists, all very disrespectful and unprofessional. They laughed at me to my face when I was talking about my anxiety and fears and minimised my pain telling me stuff like “its no big deal, your worried about nothing” and telling me Im exaggerating. Long story short I went to a doctor somewhere else and I got diagnosed with PTSD and depression and anxiety :). Would not even recommend their service to my worst enemy. Destroys your mental health more instead of fixing it.
