   I really did trust the brand Resene and they let me down so badly. Bought a tone of one of their own colours, a mix I had bought there before but they got the mix wrong. They would not replace. It's not the money Resene, it's my limited time and the lack of customer care. Do I really have to inspect a sample of a grey and visually remember perfectly the wall at home when I believed you should be able to mix a tint of your own colours without too much difficulty? I trusted them too far, I feel so unbelievably disappointed because I really did believe in the brand previously. Ideas I would have for you would be compare the colour you mixed to the chart, cross check the recipe or even specify to the customer that they have to check that it matches their chart.

   AVOID!! We were sold ceiling white that is not white - its beige. Our entire ceiling has been painted in this colour and it looks filthy. The old paint is whiter than this! My partner is in tears. He was assured that it was ceiling white when its fricken not!!!!

   Went to Resene Thorndon today. Had no idea as to what I needed to restore and paint my bathroom windows. After walking into the store, I was immediately approached and asked if I required any help. At first I was a little skeptical as the young lady seemed "too young" to know or care about paints. Never just a book. This young lady was fantastic. I bought everything I needed. Will be recommending to friends and family to purchase their paints at Thorndon.
