   Thank you to Bo and his offsider today for delivering and installing our new fridge and removing the old one for us. The service was above and beyond and by that I mean the lovely warm energy, the quality and clarity of communication, the care taken to look after our floors and walls during moving of the two fridges, and the immaculate clean up that completed the job. It has been a long time since we have experienced service of this calibre. You must have a very good leadership team and you have clearly built a strong culture of excellence at Axial Appliances.    I was trying to source a replacement vacuum part, and everywhere online was showing out of stock. Ended up emailing several places asking to be notified when it came in - Axial replied immediately saying they could order it in for no additional cost, and it arrived, shipped to me, two days after funds had been paid. Wouldn't hesitate to use and order through this business again.

   I bought a brand new panasonic washing machine. The problem started first day. When it spins, the wheel rumbles very irregularly and the drum is shaking a lot. The speed of the spinning is also a bit slow and it’s leaving my clothes very wet. The technician came and checked it out however he said machine is perfectly fine. The actual problem is that the house is made out of lockwood so that’s the reason for the shaking of the washing machine and he believes there is nothing to do to fix. I’ve used my old 2 front lorder washing machine for 10 years and I never had a problem with it I don’t think that the problem is due to my house. I didn’t ask to fix the vibration, I asked him to fix the drum so it spins correctly and doesn’t thump. The man I talked on the phone was very rude. I felt like I was being ridiculed.　I never use this company again.

   Had an issue with our Parmco oven recently and had two technicians called out. The first may have been new so dont think he diagnosed the problem correctly in which the oven seemed to be switching off when at a certain heat level. He thought the entire oven fan needed replacing... This didnt quite sit with us... So asked for another set of eyes. Megan was awesome and arranged another call out at no extra cost. Two other chaps arrived ( I think one was called Ian?) very promptly and were much more thorough than the first chap. They removed the entire top cover and gas hobs and diagnosed that the problem lay with the top fan that was caught up with grease and was not cooling the top part of the oven - hence the thermostat in the hobs getting too hot. They sprayed it with some CRC (good ole!) and its back in business! I cannot fault their service and would highly recommend them to anyone! (perhaps ask for Ian and his co-worker!)
