   Had a really bad experience in terms of service on 26 October 2025. As i entered the shop, the staff were having lunch and asked me what i m after while they were sitting having lunch which is totally unprofessional. Also they were very rude while talking. This is very disappointing , they should have immediately come to service the customer at the counter which was totally absent in their part. I would highly recommend if a good service to be given a priority too, as it really matters.

   Service was great, very good customer service . Food : I've had bad experience before. But have stepped up the game and was nice. Would have liked the meat to be a little more juicy but over all good experience. Thanks and will definitely be back!

   Better tacos than in Mexico!! The staff are always extremely friendly and give the place a good atmosphere. Price is very fair considering the size and quality of the food. I usually get the nachos which are my favourite and yet to try they’re delicious looking burgers

   *Updated 25/6/23: Consistently late and cold. Avoid Mexicali Fresh Lincoln Road unless you like you're delivery's cold and late. This becomes a food safety quality issue when the food turns up cold. But the Filipino lady denies any responsibility and blames the Uber. The food is good but the staff are useless. Forgetting items of orders for delivery is a basic rookie error, and refunding the item is a cop-out. When I rung up and complained the manager just laughed it off and said "she's been getting things wrong all night". Do you employ staff that can't read or don't care? Why would people order from you again if you can't organise a basic order? The whole meal should be refunded as its incomplete, not just the missing items. I would have gone elsewhere if I knew how slack Mexicali Fresh Lincoln Rd is. Now I have to go up the road to replace what was missed. This has happened several times now, so I would NOT recommend.

   I am feeling ripped off, and very disappointed in the lack of response from Mexicali staff/management. A few weeks ago I ordered food using Mexicali points, but as informed by staff, I was only able to use $20 of my points, and so I was charged the remaining balance ($32.70). However, when I next checked the Mexicali app, I saw that I had been incorrectly charged - around $50 of my Mexicali credit had been deducted. I contacted the store and was told to email their manager to sort the matter, but my three emails received no replies. It has now been 4 weeks and I have not been refunded or compensated in any way. Mexicali, you need to do better by your customers! I am still hoping for a response.

   I ended up getting a salad as an extra which I thought was part of my order. They should make it clear to customers $$. Food was average. They gave my friends burger to someone who just came in then forgot about him even though he asked twice!!!
