You can climb from here to the top of the mountain (350 m high, moderate difficulty and takes about 35-60 minutes to climb). At the top, overlooking down Wellington Harbour and the Hutt Valley.

A fabulous open green space for sports, families, pets and fun in the fresh air. Great to see it is well used and appreciated.

Te Whiti riser is a very steep walk but beautiful views at the top. Would say you need a good level of fitness to complete

Beautiful time with whanau on a wonderful sunny day in the Hutt - track to summit was nice grade and great condition!

Grounds were terrible. Kids are trying to play football in the puddles. There is no proper drainage in these fields. Beautiful day and games canceled. Parents are not happy, paying fees and no sport.

Nice hike. Some cyclists where cool. Some rude. Lots of dogs. Lots of poo bags abandoned full. No bin on hike. Well worn in track.

Went with my niece and nephew and we loved it there. We went push walk and we play on the field. Itβs safe and itβs just beautiful there.

Great shared resource where walkers, runners and cyclists can enjoy nature. People not controlling their dogs and letting them run off the lead is becoming a safety issue for the animals and other track users sometimes.
