Might not be the pinnacle of our NZ North Island tour, but it’s way up there. We had an amazing time in this truly magical park. Everything here is made from stuff that’s been dumped at the local tip. The ingenuity, knowledge and skill that has gone into creating this incredible place is just incredible! We came here to spend an hour or two and ended up staying overnight night in our camper van. I would recommend this park to families with children and old fossils like us. It’s not Alton Towers, it’s way quirkier, and far more educational. If you have a sense of humour, you’ll love the written interpretation too!

This place is Brilliant. 30s couple took 3yr old, 1.5yr old and a grandpa and a dog with us. Genuine fun for everyone there. We came on a not so sunny day and still spent a very happy 2.5 hours. If the weather was sunny and we were up for river swimming could have spent the whole day easily. Nice little Cafe and plenty of BBQ areas as well. Just great.

This is an excellent location to visit, especially during the summer months. Children enjoy the water play areas, and the staff provided exceptional service and a discounted rate due to intermittent rain. A wide selection of food and beverages, including hot drinks, is available at affordable prices.

Fun! Fun! Fun! This place is a real hidden gem. It isn’t expensive and there is so much to explore and do. My children, 1,, 2, 7, and 12 year old, absolutely loved the place and didn’t want to leave, and neither did the adults! It was nostalgic with an authentic old-school vibe packed with play ground equipment and things to do that you just don’t see anymore. The inventions are wonderful, creative, and educational. Prepare to go early and for the whole day which still won’t be enough time to explore everything. There is a great cafe too, if you don’t want to pack your own food. I highly recommend this place for a family and friends day out with the kids.

I do recommend to come here if you have kids, have a picnic and a rest from a daily routine. Make sure you have more than hour to spend there as it is quite big to explore. Also loved owners dogs, so cute. Well, my only disappointment was the owner's behaviour. To tell me "where is your smile" or something like that does sound like a disrespectful manner so I say "where was yours?" There are millions of different cultures coming to NZ to visit your park and if we don't have your NZ smile that does not mean we are not wishing you well. We do apologise for not smiling to you though we were in a good mood and enjoyed visiting your park.

A fantastic place to visit for the whole family, an absolutely fascinating and wonderfully experience for the everyone with amazing inventions and creative ways to engage people with water powered features. Be prepared to get a little wet as some contraptions will lightly sprey you depending where you stand, I cannot recommend this place enough.

Great fun for the kids and grownups! Come visit summer time would be even better as you can swim in the swimming hole and use the big water slide

Coolest theme park in NZ. Real kiwi ingenuity, fun with a sense of humour dogs, kids and parents all love it. Could spend the whole day there if you bring a picnic. Great any time of year and any weather.

Great place to spend a few hours. Bring your togs if you want to go for a swim. We managed to get wet with the water canons, lots of fun.
