   My partner and I decided to design an engagement ring together. We had an appointment at another jeweler and we did not have a good experience. My partner had her heart set on this jeweler so we made another appointment to hopefully have a better experience. Unfortunately, we had another bad experience where we felt in the way and not valued. After receiving a recommendation for Fifth Avenue, we walked in one day, without an appointment and received a very welcoming reception and immediately were able to sit down with Adrian and talk through what we were looking for. We felt incredibly valued, nothing was rushed and every detail was talked through. Communication throughout the entire process was perfect and the end result is stunning.    27 years ago I bought a hand made gate bracelet from 5th Avenue for my then girlfriend (now wife). She wore it every day and it was a part of her. Due to daily wear the clasp was wearing out so she had taken it off to get it replaced. 7 years ago it was stolen. I contacted 5th Avenue with the original drawings and over a period of 3 months they worked with me to replicate the stolen bracelet in preparation for our 25th wedding anniversary. I walked into the shop with the wife and surprised her with the new one. 5th Avenue did an amazing job, where the new one is better than the original. Fantastic service and fantastic result.
