The 2 ladies in store today are so stuck up. If you work in retail you need to have a warm friendly manner. Shame as the shop has great stock.

I can always find a great piece of clothing at Charisma. Staff are friendly and helpful and I even walked in the other day and said I was going for a job interview and what did they have that I could wear. I grabbed a great ensemble and it did the job! This is my special store that I always return to.
Two weeks ago I went into the store on a Sunday morning to try on a dress that I had seen in the window display....I loved the style and wanted to see what more the store had. It was obvious I was looking for something....I picked up another dress I quite liked and eventually found the dress I was looking for. I was not acknowledged but completely ignored there was no one else in the store....the lady went to someone else who came in after me. She did not make eye contact. I put the dresses back on the shelf and walked out absolutely seething. Reading the other comments I see I have not been the only one treated like this. I really wanted that dress but on principal for how I was treated will not go back. Really is this how your assistants are going to treat people? Did I look a little Alternate? Maybe but I am also a Profesional woman who had money to Spend!!!
Bought a $200+ still top before Xmas on worn it twice n found neck seams coming apart.I dont keep receipts for 2 months n was rudely grilled by stuck up assistant who virtually suggested I was lying about time frame.Refund was not offered but would send garment to be mended and haven't heard from them since.Contacted today to see how much longer it would be n told they were very busy.A helpful lady rang back to say I could pick up.. a pity customer service is so erratic n no one thought it necessary to keep me informed.Maybe I'll get to wear it next summer!
Visited Charisma today and found the staff overwhelmingly stuck up and rude. Their lack of fair customer service skills was shocking and beyond belief. It felt like a re-take of Pretty Woman where the assistants in the clothing store refused to help her because she didn’t fit! Unbelievable snob style assistant attitudes are archaic but still alive in Charisma! The only recommendation I have is to pass by and find a shop that will treat you with respect as a customer no matter what!
Unprofessional, inattentive and rude staff! I was judged by the way I looked and was treated inappropriately as I was dressed casual, no makeup and sports shoes. One piece of clothing only went up to size 16 - as advised by the discourteous staff member. Her rude, uncaring demeanour made me feel abnormally fat. I would strongly NOT recommend shopping here as it should not matter what size I am or what I look like!!
