   I have bought a few pieces from your lovely store now and each time I am blown away by the service and quality, both of these things have become a rarity in NZ. We own a large NZ business with lots of staff and a large senior management team so I think it’s very important to write a little note when things go right. As you know staff can make or break a business and I can certainly say that your team have made your business. Nicola with her experience and customer service is second to none, I was a little nervous ordering an engagement ring without knowing what the out come will be as I have been disappointed so many times before. Nicola paid attention to everything I said and created my dream ring that was in my mind all along. She managed my expectations extremely well and went the extra mile with having it ready within 4 weeks. The workmanship! Seriously! Ishhh you can be so proud ! I’m so fussy My ring is flawless and how they got that halo so close to the edge of the diamond making it really stand out is just amazing. Perfect amount of gold and band width. Just absolutely outstanding! What a wonderful team you have I look forward to creating my wedding band with Nicola shortly to create the perfect match.

   I just want to say that me and my husband feel so lucky we found TDS and met Nicola. We went to a lot of other shops and met a lot of people there but not only are TDS' rings of utmost quality with the best prices but also their customer service is impeccable. We really appreciate all their help and efforts, most especially Nicola, who made the process of selecting which diamond for the engagement ring to choosing which band for the wedding ring would best suit me and my husband's preferences, a very smooth and stress free one.
