Recently I had to return a pair of earrings that I had purchased while on a weekend away in Wellington, which had broken. I contacted The Goldsmith via email and received a prompt reply advising that they would courier me a courier bag to return the earrings to them. With the courier came all the packaging required to package them carefully including a small box. I didn't have to rummage about to find something to protect my precious earrings. They were repaired and returned really quickly. All the communication was kind and informative and I was really impressed with the process. Thanks so much. It's a beautiful store with excellent quality product. Would shop again in a heartbeat.
My mother gave me a ring when I last saw her alive on a visit to the U.S. It was a pretty ring but not my style and too big for my small hands and fingers so I took it to Geoff and asked if he could redesign it. I supplied examples of what I liked and Geoff was wonderful and very informative about what could and could not work and why. He came up with a design after removing all the stones, we discussed it and made a few changes here and there and the outcome is superb. I enjoyed the whole experience and Geoff not only gave me s beautiful ring, he gave me a memory of my mother to aways cherish and wear. That is absolutely priceless. I highly recommend him and look forward to working with him again.
