Absolutely amazing!!! The best middle eastern kebab shop in the country. And such a sweet hardworking man who runs the shop. Please eat here! Service 10/10 Food 10/10 You won’t regret it.
Wow, wasnt expecting much, would rate 6 stars if possible, friendly, absolutely oustanding food had chicken kebab wrap , absolutely hands down best kebab I've had ever. And ive had some really good ones. Tried falafel with hummus (which i dont normally like) now i know why. Ive never had proper falafel before, this is proper falafel you will love it. Next level service , next level cooking. If they give michellin stars for kebab shops this guy would definitely get one if not two stars!
Me and my partner went in without realising the store had already closed and was greeted by the lovely Owner who insisted he still make us food even though they were closed. We got one Shish Kebab wrap and one chicken wrap and they both were so so fresh, and delicious. They were flavours we had not tried before and now can’t wait to go back and try more from the menu. This experience made us feel like we visited a family member who genuinely cared!
Bizarre owner. Criticism of my voice and for asking about the food. I tried to order a kebab but he kinda looked at me funny. So I said I'll take whatever that is lamb. I waited a long time. Finally I got this quesadillla looking thing. Dear owner. I'm the customer. I'm trying to buy food from you. Please do your best to be nice. Thank you.
Zad makes this food with Love! Had the chicken kebab , the chicken and rice were moist and the flavors devine. The humus also add a lot to the dish. This is my new undiscovered food gem and hope more people in the future will experience Zad great food :)
Ali is amazing and cooks with his heart and soul. All I can say is these are the BEST Kebabs and Shish Kebabs I've had in Auckland, made with so much love and served with a smile always. The quantity of meat in the kebabs is great too, true value for money, not like the ones with the sauces you normally get. Worth a try if you haven't already and you will be surprised :D Thanks again Ali :)
