   This cafe has really gone downhill over the last few years. The food is nowhere as good as it used to be. The ham in the sandwich today was fatty and the Eggs Benedict less than average. And today we discovered that the customer service is pretty horrendous. My colleague ordered a Green Goddess smoothie. It was vile. No taste at all apart from a spinach after taste. We took it back and the girl at the counter offered an exchange with a Berry Smoothie. While we were waiting for this to come an older woman (maybe the owner?) came to our table carrying the same green smoothie we had rejected. She went on about how they cant just exchange food/drink items and waste food and that they had been making that drink for the last 4 years and nobody had complained. She was quite aggressive. Very poor customer service skills. I told her if she valued her customers she would exchange. She then said she felt she had to change after I said that. I said of course she should. What a rude unpleasant woman. We wont be visiting this cafe again.

   Our Social Group has attended this event 4 times now and it is so popular with at least 8 attending. The meal is delicious, the singing amazing and the atmosphere relaxed. The timing is great from 6 till 8 which suits perfectly for a retirement village. Margaret from Rymans Grace Joel village

   Had a great time! The interior is beautiful and the food was so delicious. So much flavor! However, I noticed that there was only 1 person in the kitchen doing cooking and dishwashing? The Cafe would definitely benefit from having a full kitchen team looking at all these other reviews.

   Great practical place '-if visiting hospital or wanting to skip the crowds in the park cafe's. Prices are reasonable for their cabinet food and has a nice mix of items. Cheese puffs (scones) are delicious.Friendly staff.

   Has a beautifully decorated interior with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. However, the coffee and food were fairly standard, and the presentation could be more refined. There’s potential for a more memorable dining experience.

   Stopped in here for breakfast and was delightfully surprised by their avo on toast! At only $15, it’s probably the cheapest one around and definitely good value with heaps of yummy avo and two poached eggs. My eggs were a tad underdone but the flavour of the avo on toast certainly made up for it. The coffee was very nice too!

   We had our Christmas party here. They had a special menu made up for us. Sandwiches, sausage rolls, mini quiches, veg options, wraps, fried calamari, fried chicken, pizzas and a non alcoholic cocktail. The cafe itself as the name suggests is styled in a very french decor. Beautiful chandeliers and the lighting was good. The staff were amazing and friendly. The food was fantastic. I mean everything we had was superb. Nothing to complain about. Dessert is still to arrive but from what I have seen and eaten, I am sure I won’t be disappointed.

   Friendly staff, quick service and coffee was good. Atmosphere wasn't bad, probably more effective in the evenings. However quality of food was lackluster and pre cooked/reheated eggs is a deal breaker. Wouldn't come back in any hurry.

   The atmosphere and decor is very nice but the food was disappointing. We had the butcher's cut and the "thing" was so chewy that my jaw hurts, couldn't even swallow. Pizza was OK and so was the Smashed Avo. Plating and coffee was done nicely though.
